How long does detailing take?
It depends on the service. A basic maintenance detail takes 2–4 hours, while paint correction or ceramic coating may take 8–16+ hours.
How often should I get my car detailed?
We recommend every 4–6 months for a full detail and monthly maintenance washes like our Protect+ Wash.

Do you offer ceramic coating?
Yes! We offer ceramic coatings from 1 to 5 years using GYEON Quartz EVO, which enhances gloss and protects your car from UV rays, dirt, chemicals, and water spots.
What’s the difference between 1-stage and 2-stage paint correction?
1-stage uses one polish pass to restore gloss and reduce light defects. 2-stage includes a cutting compound and finishing polish, ideal for moderate-to-heavy swirl marks and dull paint.
What’s included in a full interior deep clean?
Vacuuming, shampooing of carpets and seats, roof liner cleaning, dashboard, plastics, trims, door panels, and interior glass cleaning. It’s a full reset of your car’s cabin.
Do you clean engine bays?
Yes, with safe techniques—light degreasing, gentle rinse, agitation with brushes, and plastic dressing. We avoid direct pressure on sensitive components.

What ceramic coating do you use?
We use the GYEON EVO series:

These are SiO₂-based professional coatings designed for extreme durability, hydrophobicity, and deep gloss.
Do you use clay bar treatment?
Yes. Clay bar decontamination is used to remove bonded contaminants from your paint before polishing or coating. It leaves the surface smooth and ready for protection.
Can you remove swirl marks and scratches?
Yes. With machine polishing and paint correction, we can remove most light-to-moderate swirl marks, hazing, oxidation, and scratches (non-structural).
Do you coat glass or trim?
Yes! We offer GYEON View for windows and ceramic trim restoration for plastics and rubber, both available as add-ons.

Can I wash my car at home after getting a ceramic coating?
Yes, but it’s important to use the two-bucket method, pH-neutral shampoo, and soft microfiber towels. Avoid automated car washes and harsh chemicals that can degrade the coating.
How long does a ceramic coating need to cure?
We recommend keeping your car dry for at least 12–24 hours after application. Full chemical resistance is reached in 7–14 days, depending on conditions. Avoid washing during that period.
What causes swirl marks and how can I prevent them?
Swirl marks are micro-scratches caused by improper washing—dirty sponges, automatic car washes, or poor drying techniques. Use grit guards and clean towels, and always dry with soft microfiber.
Do you offer services for pet hair removal?
Yes. Our Interior+ DeepClean and Ultimate+ DeepClean offer optional pet hair removal. An extra charge (£10–£20) may apply depending on severity.
